We handle the blueprints, and Lauren makes it look ridiculously good. 3D Renderings: Because 2D Floor Plans Are Basically a Foreign Language Most people look at a black-and-white 2D floor plan, nod politely, and have absolutely no clue what they are actually looking at. We get it. Trying to imagine how a tiny two-inch sample of flat-panel walnut is going to look across an entire kitchen is stressful. So, we cheat. Lauren and the team use ridiculously high-end Twinmotion 3D renderings to build your house on a screen before anyone swings a hammer. You can virtually walk through your new living room, check out the dark green accents, and see how the light hits the slatted wood. If you hate it? We change a few clicks on the computer. It’s a hell of a lot cheaper than ripping out actual drywall later. How We Actually Do This (Without Losing Our Minds) The "What Do You Actually Want?" Phase: We sit down, grab a coffee or rum(Especially if your a pirate), and figure out how you live. Lauren builds out some initial concepts and mood boards to make sure we aren't going to design something you hate. The Revit & Styling Mashup: While I am drafting the bones of the house in Autodesk Revit, Lauren is right there designing the interiors. We plan the exact wall depths for your custom built-ins and make sure the windows actually line up with your kitchen cabinets from day one. The Virtual Walkthrough: We put you inside the 3D Twinmotion model. We stare at it, we judge it, and we tweak the colors and finishes until you're pumped about it. The Hand-Off: We hand you a bulletproof set of residential blueprints and a ridiculously detailed interior spec book that tells them exactly where every single drawer, fixture, and piece of wood goes. |
