RENOVATION AND ADDITIONS

"It's time to smash it and upgrade it"


I really like to start off with a meeting at the location of the reno/addition. This way I get to know the space and the client. We start off with an initial design and lots of back and forth until the client is happy. Next, I work on the final plans until they are ready to submitted for permit.

However, renovations can be a fickle bish and we don't always know what's behind some of those old walls. Because of this I like to work closely with my clients to make sure no matter what unknown circumstances comes up, we have a fix ready to go.
