I work closely with my clients to achieve their dream homes. So close they may get sick of me... We start off with sketches and Pintrest dream boards to get the preliminary design completed.
From there, we follow up with too many emails, lots of phone calls, meetings and beers (wine, rum, soda, what ever your poison be) till we get final plans finished. The final stage is all about the nitty-gritty. Lots of dimensions, the application of standard building practices, and a bunch of stuff I don't understand but needs to be there. And by the end you have plans ready to submit for permit or to bring to a builder of your choice. |
